ASSEMBLER 1.0 is a robotic cell designed for the automatic assembly of LPG valves, capable of integrating all phases of the production process in a single machine: from component feeding to final testing and unloading.
The heart of the system is a multi-station indexed rotary table that allows the various processes (assembly, pressing and testing) to be carried out in sequence, ensuring precision, repeatability and operational continuity. The integration of robots, vision systems and automatic feeding devices makes the machine highly efficient and flexible.
