Nexus designs and manufactures customized automatic machines and systems on customer request.

Among the various machines we design, one of our recent creations is the “assembler”: an assembly line that deals with assembling and testing valves for different production purposes (from LPG to radiators).

The loading of the assembly stations is carried out fully automatically by an anthropomorphic robot that identifies the parts and loads them.

Each assembly station can be customized with the various customer requests (e.g. assembly, welding, testing, cleaning, selection of scraps/finished pieces, etc.)
